I started attending University of North Texas in Denton, TX to pursue my dream of becoming a music teacher. All I wanted to do was teach music to children... until I realized college was just not my cup of tea. After only one short semester, I quickly decided that I wanted to go to school to learn how to make cakes instead. I always thought they looked like a lot of fun, and I love getting my hands dirty. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, TX, I went on to work in several different kitchens, including Be Our Guest restaurant at Walt Disney World. I also worked as a culinary assistant on the Food Network TV show, Texas Cake House. Now I have decided to settle down in Wichita Falls, TX and start my own business. I'm very excited for this new adventure, and I couldn't have done it without the help of my friends, family, and most of all, God. I've learned a lot about people, myself, and most importantly, how to decorate and bake cakes. So, if you are looking for some fun/unique cakes in the Wichita Falls or DFW area, I would be more than happy to provide that for you. Just shoot me an email, and I will get back to you as soon as I can!
